WATER. Probably the most fundamental thing to be thinking about health-wise is what kind of water you are ingesting. You likely know that you are made up mostly of water, don't you? But what kind? IMPORTANT ALERT! Who isn't concerned about Alzheimer's, for themselves or loved ones? Now is the time to prevent it and help others. For some spiritual refreshment, I can't recommend any more highly the classic from Charles H. Spurgeon, MORNING AND EVENING DEVOTIONAL. You can click here to go to my other website to read it every morning and evening; it changes automatically for you, plus you can search for other days and dates. I have been reading this almost daily since 2002 when my Dad died. God speaks to me every day in it. When I am consistent with it , I notice how much more stable I am spiritually, mentally and emotionally! You can also buy your own copy at Amazon.com. I recommend only the original version, not updated with modern English. It's just not the same for me. Both below are great, I own both of them. When you go to the link above (my whatsreallyimportant site) you'll be able to read a short biography of Spurgeon. They are both the King James original English version that Spurgeon and all the English-speaking church used for the last 400 years until the "modernized", altered versions came into being. I suggest sticking with KJV. There are several great books and you tubes about this subject. It's very important, as your knowledge of God comes from the Bible you read. One such book is called, What Bible Do You Trust? Another is If the Foundations Be Destroyed. Below are two good original versions to choose from on Amazon.
